Wee Rascals Pre-School
has been a part of the Surprise community since 1979. Founder Joyce Mathis open Wee Rascals in May of 1979 with a mission to educate young children in a fun, safe, nurturing way. Joyce’s hard work, incredible work ethic and extreme dedication is still the driving force behind our vision. Within the last 8 years Melani and Ernie Pacheco (her kids) daughter and son-in law purchased Wee Rascals and built upon the mission of Joyce Mathis.

We keep our
work philosophy simple and sweet old school training and values with new
school-research base approaches. Our
center Directors have over 20 years of extensive expertise in early child hood
education and strive to meet the needs of our families.
